Terms of Service

The service

sunoaimusicgenerator.lol is an independent AI music service. It runs on third-party music models and is not affiliated with the reference products or the providers of the underlying models. Descriptions of model capabilities may change as those services are updated.

Accounts

• Accounts are created with Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
• We never ask for your password, verification code or recovery code.

Plans, credits and billing

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Credits refresh each billing period and cover every generation: songs, remixes, stem separation and studio edits.
• You can cancel any time from your billing settings and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices are shown in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply at checkout.

Your songs and commercial rights

Songs created while a Pro or Premier subscription is active come with commercial use rights: publish, distribute and monetize them as you wish. Songs made on the free plan are for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the prompts and lyrics you submit and for how you use the results.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to create content that infringes copyright, violates the law, harasses others, or impersonates a real person.
• Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service or the third-party models behind it.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules or place an unreasonable load on the platform.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but features may change, pause or retire as the underlying models evolve. This demo workspace keeps generation requests queued and never starts rendering songs.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
